Classes are traditional lecture-style sessions. Clubs are more casual, social sessions with more open conversations. Coaching sessions are private 1:1 personal development sessions..
Learners can join any of the live classes and clubs offered on the calendar. If a learner can't make a live session, they can typically return on or after the Friday of that week to view the edited recording of the missed content. Our program is designed and priced so that there's no pressure to make every session if something comes up.
All class, club and coaching sessions are recorded for the safety of all who participate; however, not all recordings are shared for later viewing on the platform. The only session recordings that are shared with all learners at Free Minds Thrive Academy are edited versions of the CLASS AND CLUB SESSION CONTENT. Original recordings of any live session are not shared unless there is a concern by the educator or by a parent or learner. Private 1:1 coaching sessions are not meant to be seen by others except for the learner involved and their parents (by request, not done as a normal practice).
As soon as you complete your sign up, your learner has access to the platform and any offerings on the platform. The program begins the week of March 1st, 2026.
You can end your learner’s membership at Free Minds Thrive Academy easily in your account settings through the dashboard on the platform (once signed in).
With a Pro membership, learners receive up to 2 private 1:1 coaching sessions included for each monthly membership period (sessions must be used during each monthly cycle as they do not roll over into the next month). Simply locate the "Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions" course and schedule your coaching sessions via the provided Zoom link.
Each individual teen must have their own membership. Members who join these live sessions have their full names checked when arriving for the Zoom virtual meetings. If a teen tries to join a session but does not have their own membership account, they will not be allowed to join the session.
