What is the difference between class, club and coaching sessions? Are they the same thing?

At Free Minds Thrive Academy, 3 types of educational and empowering sessions are offered: classes, clubs and coaching. Classes (more formal, lecture-style) and clubs (more relaxed, social) are scheduled at specific times. Coaching sessions are private 1:1 sessions that you schedule (included only in the Pro membership).
