3. Video Recordings

All live meeting sessions are recorded using the Zoom platform's recording tools in full (unless there is a disruption to the recording process). This is done for safety as well as to edit the recordings for future release on the platform indefinitely, with teen students/learners removed from the video content. All full original recordings are stored for 7 years in case they are needed for some legal or safety reason.
